TECHNICAL ADVICE

CREATION OF SAMPLES AND NEW FABRICS
We develop new concepts to create unique fabrics and generate samples based on our customers’ requirements such as: composition, finish, color, print and more.

PRINT DESIGN
We have a design team focused on creating unique designs and patterns. Based on your ideas we create several design options, select colors that fit your requirements, create a pattern, adapt it to the size of the fabric and test the design for approval before starting production.
TONE EQUALIZATION AND LAB DIPS
We perform the matching of any tone! We mix different inks and adjust the combination until we get the color you need, either for fabrics or printing.
Lab dips are essential prior to the production process to ensure that the color and design printed on the fabric are consistent with our customers’ expectations and meet quality requirements. If the color and design are accepted, we start mass production, otherwise, adjustments are made and new samples are created until approval is obtained.
